CRM / Data Warehousing Business Analyst - Singapore

I am currently looking for an IT Business Analyst for one of my clients, Singapore's main governing body supervising banking, insurance, securities and futures industries.

This is a contract position (guaranteed renewable), and is open to overseas candidates.

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of working experience
- Has solid foundation in CRM and Data Warehousing
- Strong business understanding and able to grasp workflow and reconcile business with technical concepts
- Has experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

SAP Document Management System (DMS) Application Support

Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Both Technical and Business/Functional focus

• Change Request, Support and Error handling
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing


Qualifications and Work Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a SAP DMS support consultant in a multinational, multi-cultural environment

• Possess sound knowledge on SAP DMS in ECC 6.0 and SAP Easy DMS Version 7, integrated to SAP PS module.
• Minimum university degree level education in business or IT
• Customer oriented mindset, strong communication skills, a good team player, and a keen learner
