BGS Operator
The operator reports to the shift lead and will work closely with the Senior operators and other operators. The operator will work in a 5 shift 24/7 operation. The operator will support the development of plans and procedures for decommissioning of existing facilities and for Safe Isolation (LOTO) as required and will execute the activities. The Operator will assist in the Permit to Work Process as required. The operator will assist during pre-commissioning and concurrent operations. Safety Metrics Analyst: Gather all available safety data from the head office and site safety personnel; develop database using MS Office; Build-up data by populating the databse with all information gathered, develop report format based on the requirements of regulatory agencies, Mancon, etc.; develop a system in analyzing data gather as basis in developing safety.

HR Labor Relations Officer: Representing Management in CBA negotiations and finalizing CBA contract terms. Sustaining good relationship with the company's unions through implementation of agreements in the CBA  as: Labor Management Council, administration, Grievance administration, Union benefits, giving reports to managmeent in the interpretation of Company labor relations policies and pratices and statistical analysis of labor relations data for use in review and presenting proposals. Ensuring inter-site coordination and processing of information to address employee concerns and those issues which may affect industrial harmony. Providing programs which will cater to employees general benefit. Promoting employee discipline to guarantee a productive and harmonious workplace. Resolving labor disputes and disciplinary cases.
Qualifications: BS/BA Psychology, Business Administration or any related course; units in Bachelor of Laws is an advantage. Exposure in handling labor relations and CBAs, and very good verbal, written, and people skills. Open to fresh graduates but should have above average acedemic records.

HR Training Officer for Learning and Organization Development: Provides support to the human resource development through design, conduction and evaluation of strategic training programs and in the administration of the company policies on employee development to ensure that the competencies needed by the organization to meetin its strategic objectives are acquired and developed by its workforce.
Qualifications: BS/BA Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course; at least 1-3 years experience in training; should have very good verbal, writing and people skills, considerable skill in project management; innovative/creative/resourceful, flexible, able to work effciently under pressure, willing to travel and do overtime works.

HR Supervisor for Learning and Organization Development: Supervises human resource development through the design facilitation, and evaluation of strategic trainign prgrams and in the administration of company policies on employee development.
Qualifications: BS/BA Business administration, Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Science, Public Administration; 5 years solid experience on end to end behavioral and soft skill training or technical (design, facilitation, asessment/evaluation); 3-5 years experience as training supervisor; strong facilitation and delivery skills; relevant and proven experience on competency-based curriculum design and training; Familiarity and has hands on experience on learning management system (Online training management system); strong leadership and people skills: ability to set direction, motivate and lead team to accomplish objectives.

Executive Secretary: Assist the Executies (she's assinged to) in his/her needs. Prepares daily reports, presentations, and other important documents; set corporate and casual meetings; prepare the daily activity and imporant documents to be signed by the VP; and assure the confidentiality of important matters.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related course. Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in secretarial role.

Design Assistant: Translates design concepts of the Design Engineer into working drawings for EDC geothermal fluid control reinjection system and power plant and other drawings through application of computer aided design technology.
Qualifications: Graduate of BS Architecture, Minimum 1 year related experience in Engineering and drafting technology; proficient in Autocad software and basic drafting; willing to be assigned at hte project sites, if necessary.

Student Trainees / On-th-Job Training:Limited slots are also available at the One Corporate Center, Ortigas Center head office and all project sites for college-level students belonging tot he top 10% of the class who need OJT hours as part of their academic requirements.
