Hiring for Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruitment coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the full recruitment process for multiple positions within West Edmonton Mall, Fantasyland Hotel and West Edmonton Mall Inn.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Screening and distributing resumes and contacting department managers in regards to their department recruitment needs.
  • Assisting with the creation and posting of all available job opportunities within the company by utilizing various external sources, websites, and organizations.
  • Creating and updating position descriptions and job postings, creating formal letters and memos, and maintaining recruitment materials and records.
  • Coordinating and assisting with front line level interviews for various departments and positions and performing select reference checks.
  • Attending job fairs, compiling recruitment statistics and information, working on special HR Projects, and various other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Completion of post secondary education in Human Resource Management.
  • Previous related working experience in an office environment preferably in an HR setting.
  • Must have a dedicated interest in conducting recruitment interviews, writing job ads, and screening resumes.
  • Applicants must possess excellent interviewing and employee relation skills and abilities and be comfortable speaking in front of a group.
  • Individuals must have exceptional organizational, time, management, communication, and computer skills and abilities.
  • Must have the ability to take initiative in the workplace and be excited to take on new challenges as they arise.

Job Description
  • Set up the laboratory which includes negotation with suppliers, designing laboratory space and staffing of subordinates.
  • Get International Accreditation within short time
  • Provides clinical pathology diagnosis according to current best evidence based standards, using best judgement at all.
  • Participates in the oversight and professional development of assigned junior medical staff.
  • Conducts clinical audit in the line with Health Authority requirements.
  • Participates in review and planning activities relevant to the development of the CLinical Pathology services.
  • Participates in the activities and opportunities to pormote the Clinical pathology and laboratory services and the hospital to the general public and wider medical community of UAE and other Gulf Countries.
  • Carries out other assigned duties within the appropriate scope of knowledge, skill and abilities of the position.
  • The post holder is responsible for providing comprehensive consultant service in Clinical Pathology.
  • Liaises with: Patients, families, medical staff, nursing staff, other clinical staff, referring doctors.
MD and Certification of higher professional education recognized by the Dubai Heal Authority

- Minimum of five years experience since gaining higher qualification
- Establishment of Clinical Laboratory

Job Duties:
  • Loads, unloads and moves product and materials to and from trucks onto dock

Job Duties:
  • Inspects equipment before and after trips and submits inspections reports.
  • Operates tractor trailer in safe manner, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations, to transport and deliver products.
  • Complies with driving rules and regulations. Reports any incidents immediately to supervisor.
  • Pick up and deliver shipments to / from customer
  • Loads or unloads, or assists in loading and unloading truck.
  • Plans route to optimize deliveries
  • Wraps goods using pads, packing paper, and containers, and may be required to secure load to trailer wall usign straps.
  • Ensures load is secured priori to transit.
  • Inventories and inspects good to be moved.
  • Services truck with aoil, fuel, radiator fluid, etc.
  • Ensure all required customer paperwork is completed and signatures are obtained.
  • Maintains good relationship with customer. Reports any order discrepancies to dispatcher or other company representative
  • Completes various reports, such as driver logs, hours of service records, pre-trip inspection reports, etc.
  • Maybe required to lift and carry product for delivery into customer location.
  • Possesses valid driving license for the class of vehicle being operated
  • Maintains valid Dangerous Good Certificate
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English and /or French
  • Maintains effective customer relationships
  • May be required to lift up to 22.5kg (50lbs)
