Current Opening : Senior Systems Analyst (Project Lead)

Job Description:
  • Leading a small team, effort estimation, tracking. Client communication and presentation.(Should be excellent presenting powerpoint)
  • Process definition and implementation methodology
  • Vendor assessment and management, Inter Group Coordination
  • Understanding and documenting the technical and functional specifications
  • Researching and recommending software and systems choices to meet an organizations business requirements.
  • Knows the software life cycle process and procedure and can create document containing the process/procedure that tailors our department.
  • Preparing cost benefit and return on investment (ROI) reports for management (for both internal development acquisition of a system from a vendor)
  • Understand (Cost Management, Time Management, Scope Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, etc.)
  • Do feasibility study and come up with business case document.
  • Should also be able to come up with User Business Requirement Document, RFI, RFP (do weight measurements based on RFP for every vendor for decision making), vendor evaluation and come up with project plan document.
  • Develop document and test the system to see that it aligns with the requirements.
  • Should be able to design architecture of the systems and show the data flow and the integration.
  • Continuously follow up with tasks to finish them on time.
  • Continuously communicate and do updates regularly.
  • Must be regularly meet with clients, users and vendors
  • Must come up with regular reports for the status of the project staff
  • Should be able to negotiate
  • Motivate and help develop staff
  • Mobile development added advantage
  • Willing to take extra tasks
  • It is preferable if he comes from GIS/Land registration environment.
Qualifications:
BE/BTech in Computer Science or Equivalent field by a Recognized University

Experience:
  • At least 9 years experience in the same field
  • Direct integration with client and document the requirement in the form of SRS
  • Experience with development of software in .NET(VB, C# and C++)
  • Experience in developing requirements and specifications for development/procurement of application system including testing;
  • Experience in working independently to complete projects and install systems while adhering to the established schedule.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, databases (Oracle and SQL server) and network infrastructure to create efficient well designed and easily maintainable systems.
  • Experience in documenting procedures
  • Good background in designing work flow systems using for example sharepoint portal.
  • Good background in working on web sites and understanding standards such as W3C and security standards.
  • Should have designed and developed systems or websites that won awards. Should know what will help web site in awards.

Key Responsibilities:


The implementation consultant holds a key role within the HICX services organization in the EMEA region. Reporting to the Director for implementation services, the Implementation Consultant will assist with multiple projects and consult with HICX customers to successfully implement the suite of market leading supply base management products.


The implementation consultant carries responsibility for specific work streams and assigned activities and is a principle contact during implementation to both the customer and internal HICX teams. This role demands a high level of professionalism, implementation experience and individual drive and pro-activity.


The Implementation Consultant will perform design and configuration of the HICX applications, document each step of the implementation process, and will become proficient in defining and implementing custom business processes, workflows, templates and data extracts.


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years technical consulting experience
  • Project Management experience (1 year minimum)
  • Minimum 2 years business process analysis and reengineering experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in consulting on software implementation involving integrations and customizations at large Fortune 500 companies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and follow through skills
  • Self motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
  • Experience in leading and facilitating joint applications design/development sessions to define requirements.
  • Experience in documenting business process, use cases and software requirements.
  • Experience in conducting a gap analysis between "as is" and "to be" process flows and mapping the business processes into application solutions.
Preferred Experience and Skills Requirements
  • Degree qualified
  • Strong skills in relational data base technology. Able to work with IT teams to aid in the extraction of enterprise spend data.
  • Supply Management, Supply Chain, CRM, or similar domain experience preferred
  • Must be willing to travel up to 70% of time
  • Experience of representing services and supporting sales in pre-sales role
  • Fluency in additional languages would be extremely advantageous (German, Spanish, Portuguese, French)

Must be familiar with construction practices, materials, equipment. For non-Engineering, Minimum 12 years cost engineering experience is required. Must have ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English.

Cost Engineer II
BS Engineering, Construction, Management, Economics, Bus Admin, or Accounting, or closely related major. Min 7 years cost engineering experience including at least 3 years devoted to petrochemical, refinery, pipeline, or power generation projects. Cost Engineer III

Cost Engineer IV

Secretary
College degree or secretarial course graduate. 5 years of experience performing general secretarial duties, with emphasis on task adaptability. Excellent knowledge of oral and written English. Typing speed 55 net wpm, 85% accuracy, can take and transcribe shorthand at 70wpm, 90% accuracy. Computer literate: word processing, spread sheet, etc.

Document Controller
At least vocational diploma/certificate from a 2 year technical course. College degree would be a plus, with previous experience working in a project environment. Computer literacy is a necessary along with organizational skills. At least 3 years related work experience in office work, documentation and control. Knowledge of Engineering disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Etc.

Materials Controlman
Completion of clerical vocational course, College graduate is a plus. 5 years relevant experience in materials supply activities. Ability to type at 25 words per minute and be familiar with or CRT operations as they relate to the job assignment.

Technical Clerk Engineering
Completed vocational diploma, college degree is a plus. 4 years experience with the engineering system, knowledge of pertinent statistical, technical and administrative functions, good knowledge of oral and written English in order to prepare grammatically correct reports, summaries, and correspondence, good knowledge of policies, procedures, operational activities, and reporting methods applicable, methods to present statistics by the use of charts and graphs. Ability to type 25wpm.
