Hiring for Tire Design and Development Engineer

Duties include:
- Be involved with bicycle and/or other tire design and development projects. Have extensive experience in using CAD/CAE to conduct tread pattern and profile design.
- Be the tire road - test program coordinator - coordinate and participate in the bicycle tire testing program conducted in North America. Plan and schedule bicycle tire related road tests and complete reports. Communicate the progress with riders, marketing/sales and R&D regarding the road test.
- Be involved with tire performance related research programs and test development to evaluate tire performance.

BS/MS defreee must be held in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, Minimum 2 years experience in tire design with bicycle riding and racing background. Strong analysis and judgement skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects is essential.
