Job Description:
Opening/Closing service jobs on time
Assign service work for service engineers
Follow-up of spare parts and closing of service orders
Support aftermarket team for routine operation.
Entering daily time for service engineers
Updating service history for all machines
Spare parts sales over counter
Following up parts orders and tracking parts order from factory
Following up parts orders availability and customer credit status to direct invoice to avoid high stock level
Prepare After Markket performance reports

Experience Requirements:
3 years in similar positions

Knowledge:
Well-versed in Word, Excel, Power Point
Proficient in English, Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Cross cultural skills
Multi-tasking skills

Educational Attainment:
Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or IT

Personality Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to build effective working relationships with both customers and colleagues
Confident telephone manner
Self-Motivated
Proven decision making abilities
Planning, organizing and prioritizing skills
Sound customer service orientation
