Website Admin Assistant
  • Managing and marketig of our e-commerce website
  • Promoting awareness via various channels (includeing SEO) and updating the company's social network e.g. Facebook
  • Organizing in inventory system and product data entry
  • Source and assemble day to day delivery orders
  • Handling customer phone calls.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Retail Assistant
  • Assist in packing customer's orders according to preparation lists.
  • Aid customers in locating merchandise
  • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
  • Answer phone call enquiries.
  • Assists in other areas of store, such as clean-up, shelf-stocking, or keeping merchandise displayed in an orderly manner.
  • Greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer services.
  • Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
  • Communicate customer requests to management.
  • Required to carry heavy loads (upt o 20 kg) frequently.
  • Required to climb stairecases frequently
  • Other ad-hock duties assigned.
Work Conditions
  • 6 Day work week. Mon - Sat. 10am - 8pm
  • Pet lovers are preferred. Having initiative is a must
  • Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents neet to apply.
