ROTATING EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN - Two (2) years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 6 years of experience in Refinery Rotating Equipment Reliability Management, of which at least 2 years in a similar position

START UP INSTRUMENT ENGINEER - Bachelor’s Degree in Instrument Engineering or equivalent. 6 years of experience in Refinery Instrument Systems Reliability Management, of which at least 2 years in a similar position.

START UP CONTRACTS EXPERT - BS Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.  10 years of experience in Refinery Maintenance Contracts Management, of which at least 5 years in a similar position

START UP CONTRACTS ENGINEER - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 8 years of experience in Refinery Maintenance Contracts Management, of which at least four (4) years in a similar position

START UP COST ENGINEER - Two (2) years Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. 8 years of experience in Refinery Maintenance Contracts Administration, of which at least 2 years in a similar position.

SR PROCESS ENGINEER - Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. 8 years of related Refining Process Engineering experience, of which at least 3 years in a similar position.

PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 8 years of experience in process Control Engineering in a Refinery setting.

SR MECHANICAL INSPECTORS - BS Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering with 7 years minimum  in the refining or similar process industry of direct inspection experience

ISBL SHIFT SUPERVISOR - 2 years Diploma in Engineering. 8 years of Refining experience, of which a minimum of 4 years served as a Boardman.

ISBL Lead Operator - 2 years Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent. 4 years of experience.  Experience will normally include progression through the Operator II and III positions

OSBL Leader Operator - 2 years Diploma in Engineering.  High School with a Technical Operator Certificate is equivalent. 4 years of Operating experience, which normally includes a career progression through the operator II and III positions.

OSBL Operation Engineer - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 5 years of experience in Refining and Offsite Operations and preferably in Shipping Activities, with at least 3 years in a Management Role.

OSBL Leader Operator - 2 years Diploma in Engineering.  High School with a Technical Operator Certificate is equivalent. 4 years of Operating experience, which normally includes a career progression through the operator II and III positions.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 4 years of experience in Construction, of which at least 2 years in a similar position.

HSE SUPERVISOR - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.  10 years of experience in Oil & gas/ Construction & Commissioning or Operations in a Refinery setting.

ENVIRONMENT ADVISOR - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.  10 years of experience in Oil & gas/ Construction & Commissioning or Operations in a Refinery setting

ASST SHIFT SUPERVISOR (CDU/VDU) - 2 years Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Eight (8) years of Refinery Experience, of which at least 4 years were served as a Boardman or Operator Leader.

OPERATIONS ENGINEERS (CDU/VDU) - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 8 8 years of experience in Refinery Operations, of which at least Five (5) years as a Shift Supervisor.

BOARDMAN (CDU/VDU) - 2 years Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Four (4) years of Operating experience. Experience will normally include progression through the Operator III and II

Positions.

OPERATOR (CDU/VDU) - 2 years Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. 4 years of Operating experience.  Experience will normally include progression through the Operator II & III positions.

BOARDMAN (CCR BEU/PX) - Two (2) years Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Four (4) years of Operating experience. Experience will normally include progression through the Operator III and II
