MATH TEACHER

BS or MS Math.  Min 4y teaching Math in secondary schools and higher.  Computer & graphing calculator literacy is desirable.

VOCATIONAL INSTRUCTORS:

OPERATIONS - 6y qualfd Supervsg or Control board Operator for Oil/Gas/ Petrochem. Expd in 1 or more of the ff: Distillation/fractionation, reactor/catalytic, cryogenic, hydro treating, GOSP, WIP, utilities or tank farm operations. DCS experience Preferred.

ELECTRICAL – 6y maint engr or tech in oil/gas/petrochem; hands-on skills in maint/installation of elecl eqpt & distrib sys. Med HV exp reqd; t-shoot/repair AC machines , and UPS  sys, Motor operated valves ,  using electrical/ electronic,  test eqpmt, schematics & 1 line diagrams.  Exp repair of HV power transformers, ESD, battery monitoring and charging sys; interpret logic & ladder diagrams. Basic operation / programming of PLC.

MECHANICAL - mech engr, 5y exp, or mech maint tech min 6y oil/gas or petrochem. Exp disassembly, inspection, repair of valves, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, operating lathe machines preferred. Knows/exp in: Bearings, Lubrication, LASER alignment, Vibration analysis, motor operated valve actuators, Mechanical seals, and Turbines.

METAL/WELDING - 6y as welder in oil/gas/petrochem; hands on exp of SMAW method, welding of structural steelwork, Pipe welding of carbon steel, using E-6010 & E-7018 electrodes for open root, fill, and cap, plate sizes up to ¾ inch thick, pipe sizes 1-8 inch schedule 40 – schedule 140 pipe; GTAW of Stainless steel, Carbon Steel, low alloy  pipe welding of small bore pipe 1-2 ½ inch dia; cert to 100% Radiographic standards according to: AWS, ASME/ANSI, API, BS, ASTM Codes

PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM – Exp maint/t-shooting exp with 1 or more of the ff:  (PLC’s) Allen Bradley System5, Triplex, Triconex, (DCS) Honeywell TDC3000, (Configuration experience preferred but not required), Monitoring Systems Bentley Nevada3300 (vibration), Compressor loading controlsCCC; Gas Chromatography Intelligence Automation, Foxboro; Data Acquisition equipment SCADA, Harris Remote Terminal Units; proficient in Digital Tech Test Eqpt, (Logic probes/”EPROM” programmers Analyzers/O-scopes); Use of IBM Personal Computer equipment required.

CLERICAL - teach Basic Business Skills, Office Practice, Time-Keeping, Typewriting, PC courses in Word Processing, Spread Sheet, and Database. BS degree.


SAFETY – 10y oil/gas/petrochem Safety Engr with past exp doing incident investigations & root cause analysis.   OSHA / NEBOSH cert, prev exp evaluating erection of: On/off shore scaffolding, work permit procedures, hazardous materials handling, crane safety, drilling opns, helicopter safety, good English oral/writ

COMMUNICATIONS - Analog & Digital electronics for telecom industry. Ind’l maint exp includes t-shooting, repair of one of the ff: 2&6 GHZ. NEC/GTE or Alcatel microwave communications transceivers and Newbridge multiplexers. Fiber-optic splicing and transceiver repair. AT&T tel and switching eqpt (SL1, ITT 3100, or NTK systems), Gateway Data switching equipment. Also FM, VHF, UHF Radio diagnostics & repair exp reqd. (Harris GE).

AC - Certified as Refrigerant Handling with exp on HVAC, chiller sys, exp shld include t-shooting, repair of Flowtronic and Carrier control sys.
