DIRECT HIRING - Vacancies:

Senior Interior Designers

• Graduate in Architecture / Interior Design
• Minimum 7-10 years experience
• Able to work independently and as a team player coordinating accross various related disciplines.
• Experience in residential, hospitality and office towers, etc.preferred.
• Portfolio showing relevant esperience is desirable.

Senior Quantity Surveyors

• RICS Qualified with at least 10 years post-qualification experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Gulf region

Interior Design Architects

• Recognized University Degree in Architecture or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in relevant field
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Coordination across various related disciplines.
• Experience in residential, hospitality and office towers, etc. preferred.

Structural Design Engineers

• Bachelors in Structural Engineering from a reputed university
• Minimum 8 years structural design experience
• Post tension design experience highly advantageous
• Able to design large scale / high rise civil construction projects
• Execute designs to international standards such as BS or ACI
• Proficient in usign softwares such as Etabs, SAP , STAAD Pro, SAFE Adapt
• Gulf experience preferred

Architectural Site Inspector

• Relevant professional qualification with minimum 15 years experience.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Gulf region.

Quantity Surveyors

• Qualified Quantity Surveyors with minimum 10 years post qualification experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Gulf region

Land Surveyors

• Relevant professional qualification with minimum 5 years experience.
• Minimum 2 years in the Gulf region.

Senior Structural Design Engineer

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with minimum 15 years relevant experience.
• Experience in designing large scale construction projects.

Senior Planning Engineer

• Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Guld region. Expertise in Primavera Software

Senior Contracts Manager

• RICS qualified professional with at least 15 years post qualification experience.

Project Director (Hospital/Hotel/Leisure)

Job Description:
Plan, Manage and Coordinate activities of assigned projects in the Pre Contract (design) Stage to ensure that the Client and Company objectives are successfully, achieved, whilst adhering to contract terms including time frame and quality of design/documents etc.

The applicant must be having an outstanding level of experience in reputed Hospital/Hotel/Leisure projects with good exposure to Shell and Core (Base-Build) design, interior design/FF&E, Faade, Lighting, BOH and other assiciated amenities viz. Food and Beverage, Spa, retail, landscape, waterscape etc.

Skills:
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Excellent Client-facing skills
- Proficiency in industry related software and MS Office

Experience:
- Minimum 15 years relevant post qualification experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in GCC region
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Professional in a top-notch Architectural/Engineering Consultancy Firm

Education:
- Degree in Architecture/Engineering or Equivalent

Desirable:
- Experience in Sustainable design
- Professional membership(s) of well organized internation bodies
- LEED-AP

Architect

• Graduate in Architecture with at least 3 years experience in building and interior design and/or management projects.
• Ability in coordination and interface with the clients and senior architects.
• Knowledge of autocad, word, excel programs (operating with Adobe, Skype, Outlook - usual plotter and printer utilities).
• Should have marketing vision and Management skills

Plumbing / Drainage CAD Operator

• Prepares drawings for all types of mechanical systems such as plumbing drainage, fire fighting systems, sewarage system water tank and pump room details, etc.
• Prepares approval of documents for municipality approval (eg KAHRAMMA, Q-Tel, and Civil Defence) per the necessary regulations.
• Prepares drawing list, printouts, plot files and copies of mechanical drawings for client, municipality, sub-consultant contractor, QA/QC and Quantity surveying departments.
• Coordinates with other AEB departments/sections for design related issues.
• Amends mechanical drawings based on feedback from municipality, client, QA/QC and MEchanical Design Engineer.

Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in drafting or equivalent and thorough knowledge in REVIT.
- 5 years minimum experience.

Structural CAD Operator

Requirements:

• Prepares drawings for all types of structural systems and formulates design where necessary.
• Provides necessary detailing to simplify execution of structural drawings.
• Prepares drawings list, printouts, lot files and copies of structural drawings for client, municipality, sub-consultant, contractor and Quantity surveying department.
• Coordinates with other AEB departments/section and structural engineer for design related issues.
• Amends structural drawings based on feedback from municipality, client, and Civil/structural Engineer.

Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma in drafting or equivalent and thorough knowledge in REVIT.
- 5 years minimum experience

Documents Controller

Requirements:

• Acts as the focal point for all incoming and outgoing documentation.
• Checks the incoming documents from external consultants/contractors/others for compatibility of the contents with what is stated in the transmittal.
• Duplication and distribution of all incoming documetation, processing of confidential information (memo, faxes, etc) and stamping of correspondence/documentation for distribution.
• Handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence by logging of all documents within a computerized documentation database and maintaining day to day electronic archive.
• Compiles and maintains control records related to drawings and document transmittals and allocate reference numbers to each transmittals.
• Interfaces with customers and sub-contractors to receive and deliver the drawings.
• Distribution of internally generated documentation.
• Maintain related files and archive both paper and electronic copies of the document control database.
• Assists key staff in the preparation of correpsondence and documentations.

Qualification:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Receptionist

• Minimum Degree in Business Admnistration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Computer savvy with typing speed of min 35/wpm
• Cheerful disposition

Site Architect
Requirements:

• Prepares architechtural details as and when required for execution of works. Leads in architectural meeting and reviews all shop drawings.
• Addresses modifications desired by Client in coordination with Design Architect.
• Assists Project Manager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals. Issues all architectural correspondences.
• Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site.
• Attends monthly progress review meeting and coordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in projects drawings.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Defree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Mechanical Design Engineer

Requirements:

• Reviews and checks projects prepared by electrical section pump room details, etc.
• Design and conducts supervision of mechanical requirements and services for large scale projects. Prepares all systems details such as plumbing and sewage, fire fighting system, irrigation and and HVAC ssytems, etc.
• Coordinates with other departments for all project stages including concept design, preliminary design, detail design and approval.
• Prepares full specifications and calculations for relevant authorities approvals.
• Follows-up with the updated requirements from departments for implementation.
• Represents AEB's interests in projects and governement meetings to ensure work carried out is in line with client's requirements and government regulations and attends discussions with departments.
• Reviews and gives advise for the approval of material submittals.
• Supervises a team of mechanical draftsmen.
• Conducts sites visits and assessment, as require to execute the design works.
• Keeps record and documents for projects handled.
• Monitores junior engineers which, which includes providing clarifications for mechanical site engineers.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of experience.
- Certified Grade 'A' by the plaaning department engineering committee in kahrwama.

Head of Infrastructure

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years experience in infrastructure works from a reputable engineering or design and construction, supervision consultancy firm.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering, project management, design and construction as related to major international state of the art projects.
• Must be able to work efficiently under stressful conditions.
• Strong communication skills.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
