ITC Registrar
Associate degree or completion of 2 years of college studies
Experience: Minimum of 7 years, of which 3 years in supervision of clerical staff.
Additional Requirements: Good ability of spoken and written English language.
Skills: Good knowledge and skills in preparing narrative statistical reports High degree of personal maturity.

Admin Assistant
Completion Clerical Training Program. College Graduate is a plus. 4 Years experience in the clerical in an Engineering Environment. Ability to type in English at 45 net words per minute at 85% minimum accuracy.

Assistant Engineer I
College Degree, 8 years work experience or 2 years degree in engineering technology or a closely related field plus 4 years or relevant experience in engineering support work, of which two years should have been within the areas of technical specialization. Fluency in English; broad knowledge of engineering technology and relevant testing procedures and specifications.

Assistant Engineer II
Completion vocational diploma, College graduate is a plus. 6 years work experience or 2 years degree in engineering technology or a closely related field plus 2 years or relevant experience in engineering support work, of which two years should have been within the areas of technical specialization. Ability to read and write English, knowledge of engineering terminology. Ability to drive a car.

Cost Engineer I
BS Engineering, Construction, Management, Economics, Business Admin, or Accounting, or closely related major. Minimum 9 years cost engineering experience including at least five years devoted to petrochemical, refinery, pipeline, or power generation projects. Must be familiar with construction practices, materials, equipment. For non-Engineering, Minimum 12 years cost engineering experience is required. Must have ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English.

Cost Engineer II
BS Engineering, Construction, Management, Economics, Bus Admin, or Accounting, or closely related major. Min 7 years cost engineering experience including at least 3 years devoted to petrochemical, refinery, pipeline, or power generation projects. Must be familiar with construction practices, materials, equipment. For non engineers, min 10 years cost engineering experience is required. Must have ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English.

Cost Engineer III
BS Engineering, Construction, Management, Economics, Business Admin, or Accounting, or closely relate major. Minimum 5 years cost engineering experience including at least 3 years devoted to petrochemical, refinery, pipeline, or power generation projects. Must be familiar with construction practices, materials, equipment. For non Engineers, Minimum 7 years cost engineering experience is required. Must have ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English.

Cost Engineer IV
BS Engineering, Construction, Management, Economics, Business Admin, or Accounting, or closely related major. Minimum 2 years cost engineering experience including at least 1 year devoted to petrochemical, refinery, pipeline, or power generation projects. Must be familiar with construction practices, materials, equipment. For non Engineers, Minimum 5 years cost engineering experience is required. Must have ability to communication fluently in both spoken and written English.

Secretary
College degree or secretarial course graduate. 5 years of experience performing general secretarial duties, with emphasis on task adaptability. Excellent knowledge of oral and written English. Typing speed 55 net wpm, 85% accuracy, can take and transcribe shorthand at 70wpm, 90% accuracy. Computer literate: word processing, spread sheet, etc.

Document Controller
At least vocational diploma/certificate from a 2 year technical course. College degree would be a plus, with previous experience working in a project environment. Computer literacy is a necessary along with organizational skills. At least 3 years related work experience in office work, documentation and control. Knowledge of Engineering disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Etc.

Materials Controlman
Completion of clerical vocational course, College graduate is a plus. 5 years relevant experience in materials supply activities. Ability to type at 25 words per minute and be familiar with or CRT operations as they relate to the job assignment.

Technical Clerk Engineering
Completed vocational diploma, college degree is a plus. 4 years experience with the engineering system, knowledge of pertinent statistical, technical and administrative functions, good knowledge of oral and written English in order to prepare grammatically correct reports, summaries, and correspondence, good knowledge of policies, procedures, operational activities, and reporting methods applicable, methods to present statistics by the use of charts and graphs. Ability to type 25wpm.
