Lead Process Engineer

The lead process engineer will operate within the core engineering team or PMT project team environment. The Lead Process Engineer will have a senior grade process personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel. The Lead Process Engineer will be in charge of the following tasks.

I. During Project Management and Control Phase:

IV. During Construction Phase:

1. Procurement support and expediting support for materials and equipments.
2. Quality management support during construction.
3. Attends periodic meetings with the construction contractors as required.
4. Ensures the company and government regulations are followed.
5. Assistance and support to company in the commissioning.
6. Participates in the development and implementation of operation and maintenance procedures.
7. Reviews and checks the as-built drawings.

PMS Interface:

The Lead Process Engineer will report to the FEED/Technical Core Manager, if serving in the Core technical team, or to the Project Head/Senior Project Engineer if serving within the PMT teams. The Lead Process Engineer will manage the output of senior or engineer grade personnel working under his authority and will liaise with other discipline personnel in the technical core team or pmt teams as appropriate to his area of service.

Client Interface:

Client reporting interface shll be via the FEED/Technical Core Manager for Technical Core Team service, or via the Project Head / Senior Project Engineer for PMT services.

BGS Operator
Description:
The operator reports to the shift lead and will work closely with the Senior operators and other operators. The operator will work in a 5 shift 24/7 operation. • Handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence by logging of all documents within a computerized documentation database and maintaining day to day electronic archive.
• Compiles and maintains control records related to drawings and document transmittals and allocate reference numbers to each transmittals.
• Interfaces with customers and sub-contractors to receive and deliver the drawings.
• Distribution of internally generated documentation.
• Maintain related files and archive both paper and electronic copies of the document control database.
• Assists key staff in the preparation of correpsondence and documentations.

Qualification:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Receptionist

• Minimum Degree in Business Admnistration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Computer savvy with typing speed of min 35/wpm
• Cheerful disposition

Site Architect
Requirements:

• Prepares architechtural details as and when required for execution of works. Leads in architectural meeting and reviews all shop drawings.
• Addresses modifications desired by Client in coordination with Design Architect.
• Assists Project Manager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals. Issues all architectural correspondences.
• Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site.
• Attends monthly progress review meeting and coordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in projects drawings.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Defree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Mechanical Design Engineer

Requirements:

• Reviews and checks projects prepared by electrical section pump room details, etc.
• Design and conducts supervision of mechanical requirements and services for large scale projects. Prepares all systems details such as plumbing and sewage, fire fighting system, irrigation and and HVAC ssytems, etc.
• Coordinates with other departments for all project stages including concept design, preliminary design, detail design and approval.
• Prepares full specifications and calculations for relevant authorities approvals.
• Follows-up with the updated requirements from departments for implementation.
• Represents AEB's interests in projects and governement meetings to ensure work carried out is in line with client's requirements and government regulations and attends discussions with departments.
• Reviews and gives advise for the approval of material submittals.
• Supervises a team of mechanical draftsmen.
• Conducts sites visits and assessment, as require to execute the design works.
• Keeps record and documents for projects handled.
• Monitores junior engineers which, which includes providing clarifications for mechanical site engineers.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of experience.
- Certified Grade 'A' by the plaaning department engineering committee in kahrwama.

Head of Infrastructure

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years experience in infrastructure works from a reputable engineering or design and construction, supervision consultancy firm.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering, project management, design and construction as related to major international state of the art projects.
• Must be able to work efficiently under stressful conditions.
• Strong communication skills.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
