Lead Process Engineer

The lead process engineer will operate within the core engineering team or PMT project team environment. The Lead Process Engineer will have a senior grade process personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel. The Lead Process Engineer will be in charge of the following tasks.

I. During Project Management and Control Phase:

1. Input to scope control
2. Prepares process engineering package
3. Participates int he preparation of project schedule
4. Provides input into cost forecasting
5. Provides input into the progress monitor and control.
6. Participates in the quality management control.
7. Provides and promotes transfer of technology
8. Provides proper reports for process engineering work.

II. During Tender Phase:

1. Participates in tender preparation as required.
2. Attendes Pre-bid conferences.
3. Provide evaluation and anlysis in regards to tenders as required.

III. During Design Phase:

1. Is responsible for design criteria, drawing standards and conventions, and design guidelines.
2. Is responsible for Engineering and design data and drawings.
3. Is responsible for existing design data, drawings and specifications.
4. Reviews all P&IDs, PFD's, and process data sheets.
5. Inspect and audits the progress and performance of the process engineering design contractors.
6. Attends periodic and design review meetings as required.
7. Provides input into the prequalification and selection of supplies of materials and equipments.

IV. During Construction Phase:

1. Procurement support and expediting support for materials and equipments.
2. Quality management support during construction.
3. Attends periodic meetings with the construction contractors as required.
4. Ensures the company and government regulations are followed.
5. Assistance and support to company in the commissioning.
6. Participates in the development and implementation of operation and maintenance procedures.
7. Reviews and checks the as-built drawings.

Organization Interface:

PMS Interface:

The Lead Process Engineer will report to the FEED/Technical Core Manager, if serving in the Core technical team, or to the Project Head/Senior Project Engineer if serving within the PMT teams. The Lead Process Engineer will manage the output of senior or engineer grade personnel working under his authority and will liaise with other discipline personnel in the technical core team or pmt teams as appropriate to his area of service.

Client Interface:

Client reporting interface shll be via the FEED/Technical Core Manager for Technical Core Team service, or via the Project Head / Senior Project Engineer for PMT services.

For Application:

BGS Operator
Description:
The operator reports to the shift lead and will work closely with the Senior operators and other operators. The operator will work in a 5 shift 24/7 operation. The operator will support the development of plans and procedures for decommissioning of existing facilities and for Safe Isolation (LOTO) as required and will execute the activities. The Operator will assist in the Permit to Work Process as required. The operator will assist during pre-commissioning and concurrent operations. The operator will execute the start-up and operating procedures.

Description:

- Well design consists of but is not limited to: directional design, drilling fluids and hydraulics design, drill string design, well control planning, casing design, cement design

Positions Required:

Environment Impast Assessment Specialist (EIA): Handles and coordinates acquisitions of environmental compliance certificates and other related EIA requirements for the company's new projects and expansion covering 23 areas. Oversees preparation of additional Environmental and Social Assessment Reports patterned after the guidelines of the International Finance Corporation, for new Projects seeking financing from credit export Agencies.
Qualification: College Degree in Natural Science, earth/Physical Science, Social Science or Engineering, Licensed in relevant degree, at least 3 years experience in EIA related work, including conduct of environmental survey, monitoring and research interpretation and assessment of EIA data; EIA report writing, review and editing; environmental policy review and other management concerns in EIA Compliance.

Warehouse Assistant: Conducts inspection, receiving issuing, packaging and rig coordination for drilling material requests and deliveries.
Qualifications: Engineering and/ or Business Administration or related fields, open for fresh graduates.

Business Management Analyst (Supply Chain Management): Manages and leads project work teams for overall project success and direction. provides subject matter expertise on the operations research requirements and tolls. Supports all operational and strategic requirements on Procurement operations, Category Management, Contracts Management and Vendor Accreditation, Knowledge Management, Database Management and Document Management. Codnucts business research and analysis for SCM sector. Utilizes and applies advanced analytic tolls as quantitative basis to assist management in making better sound decisions. Provides consultation, coordination and support to various strategic teams projects, programs and initiatives and offers solutions to business problems by evaluating all possible outcomes and selects thos that yield the best result. Analyzes process, systems and recommend imporvements.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degress in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Exonomics, Statistics, Business Managemetn , or other related fields. Open to fresh graduates but preference will be given to thos with 1-2 years experience in Business Managemetn and/or Supply Chain. Should have above average oral and written skills, good interpersonal skills, should be organized, diligent, keen to details, above average analytical and leadership skills.

IT Internal Auditor: Performs professional internal auditing work designed to provide assurance and consulting services to the Board of Directors, through the audit and governance committee and to management in order to hel the organization improve its operations and accomplish its objective.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science - preferebly with at least 6 months to 1 year experience in IT auditing / system audit.

Tax Analyst: Provide technical assistance to teh Tax - Finance segment to attain efficient improvements in tax process/es to ensure 100% tax compliance and/or reduction of tax cost.
Qualifications: Bechelor's degree in Accountancy, CPA. Experience in taxation and audit is a must knowledgeable in Philippine Accounting Standards. Philippine Taxation; proficient in the use of MS office excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Consolidation Accountant: Responsible for the preparation of regular monthly consolidation of subsidiaries to the present companies in accordance with the Philippine Accounting Standards / Philippine Financial Reporting Standards. It is also responsible for the generation of consolidated management reports or financial schedules as directed by the consolidation spervisor and by higher management and least support to the external reporting analyst for completing reports required by third parties.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, CPA. Experience in consolidation and financial statements preparation is a must; knowledgeable in Philippine Accounting standards; proficient int he use of MS Office; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Budget Analyst: Develop, monitor and update performance indices, metrics and unitized costs of identified cost drivers related to: drilling and workover activities; maintenance of drilling rigs, pipelines, power plants, equipment and other facilities; civil works activities - road construction and maintenance, pad development, stabilization works; and corporate activities, among others; establish, monitor and update compliance to standards for procedures, practices and activities related to budget and cost control, standard equipment complement and best industry practices with the end view of optimizing company resources. internal customer: EDC Board of Directors, Operations and Management Committees, All EDC Sectors and Subsidiries.
Qualifications: Bacehlor's Degree preferably a Graduate of Industrial or Civil Engineering, Experience in budgeting and planning preferred but not necessary; Graduates with good scholastic achievements. Should be detail oriented and has good communication and presentation skills.

Business Development Analyst: responsible for performing quantitative analyssis such as financial modeling and providing assistance in research and report preparations in the field of Business development to various sectors of the company.

Safety Metrics Analyst: Gather all available safety data from the head office and site safety personnel; develop database using MS Office; Build-up data by populating the databse with all information gathered, develop report format based on the requirements of regulatory agencies, Mancon, etc.; develop a system in analyzing data gather as basis in developing safety.

HR Labor Relations Officer: Representing Management in CBA negotiations and finalizing CBA contract terms. Sustaining good relationship with the company's unions through implementation of agreements in the CBA  as: Labor Management Council, administration, Grievance administration, Union benefits, giving reports to managmeent in the interpretation of Company labor relations policies and pratices and statistical analysis of labor relations data for use in review and presenting proposals. Ensuring inter-site coordination and processing of information to address employee concerns and those issues which may affect industrial harmony. Providing programs which will cater to employees general benefit. Promoting employee discipline to guarantee a productive and harmonious workplace. Resolving labor disputes and disciplinary cases.
Qualifications: BS/BA Psychology, Business Administration or any related course; units in Bachelor of Laws is an advantage. Exposure in handling labor relations and CBAs, and very good verbal, written, and people skills. Open to fresh graduates but should have above average acedemic records.
